We are committed to providing high-quality customer services.  We value complaints and use information from them to help us improve our services.

We are fully compliant with the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman, and follow their two stage complaints handling procedure.  Read our Guide to Using our Complaints Process for information.

We are committed to the Scottish Public Service Ombudsman’s Child Friendly Complaints Principles and will be guided by these when handling complaints from, or involving, children.
