Annual Report 2023/24
This is our Annual Report which we produce every year on our performance. The report focuses on the Co-operative’s achievements, activities and financial performance during the year 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024.
In addition, some of the results shown in the report are taken from our Annual Return on the Charter (ARC) which is a report we must provide to the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) every year.
The Charter sets out the outcomes and standards of services, that we, as your landlord should meet.
