Please take the time to respond to our Rent Consultation survey.

Our 2025/26 Rent Consultation is now underway and you should have received the consultation document through your door.  This document explains our proposals for next year’s rent charge.

If you do not have the document, please let us know or alternatively, this can be viewed by downloading here.

We listen to, value and act on the views of our tenants and we encourage you to share your thoughts on the proposed rent increase.

All returned questionnaires are entered into a prize draw to win one of two £50 shopping vouchers.

You can also come along to our Rent Review Focus Group meeting, which is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 15 January 2025, for further detail contact elaine@forgewoodcoop.org.uk

Any feedback received from tenants will help Management Committee when they meet in January to inform their decision on the rent increase in January.
