Our tenant and customer views are important to us and we would encourage you to provide feedback in order to help improve and shape the service we provide.
During 2022 we carried out an independent Tenant Satisfaction Survey, in which 91.4% of tenants stated they were satisfied with the overall services provided by the Co-operative.
We are committed to delivering a high quality service to our tenants at all times and to continually improve on the services we provide and the delivery of them.
