Our Lettable Standard

Our Lettable Standard document sets out the minimum standards on the condition your new home should be in when you move in.

Before your tenancy starts, there will have been any necessary repairs and works carried out to your home before you move in including any safety checks such as:-

• A gas safety inspection;
• An electrical safety inspection;
• An energy performance check;
• Asbestos check (if required);
• Legionella service

We will provide you with the relevant certificates when you sign your tenancy and collect your keys.

A settling in visit will be carried out to ensure you are satisfied with your home and ensure our Lettable Standards are being met.

This will also allow an opportunity to be fully familiar with the operation of all appliances and fittings in your home.
