Sustaining Your Tenancy

We aim to minimise the breakdown of your tenancy, prevent homelessness and promote stable and sustainable communities through:

• Prevention - ensuring that before and after a tenancy is started, steps are taken to identify issues which could impact on you being able to sustain your tenancy;
• Tenancy Support - liaising and signposting to appropriate agencies to ensure that any support, where required, is provided to assist you in maintaining your tenancy;
• Partnership Working – working along with agencies who are able to assist in providing support to allow you to maintain your tenancy.
