Rent Payment Options

As a tenant of the Co-operative, it is your responsibility to make sure your rent is paid on time.

Your rent payments are due every four weeks in advance. You can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or calendar monthly, whichever is most convenient to you.

We will provide a rent payment table detailing when your rent is due for the year ahead and the dates your rent requires to be paid by.

We offer a variety of ways to pay your rent, with 24/7 online and phone options as well as a range of ways to pay in person. So, you can choose the best payment method for you.

Due to your rent being calculated over a 52 week period and not 48, there are no free rent periods.
